The volume format
Soft pack is where price pressure is hardest and where small mistakes cost the most: a film that wrinkles, a pack that will not stand on the shelf, a carton count that does not fit the pallet. We run the film, the sheet and the packing count together and check the pallet configuration before production, because that is where the container actually gets paid for.

The pallet is part of the product
A soft-pack order is judged by how many packs fit a carton and how many cartons fit a pallet. Get that wrong and the freight cost per pack rises without anyone noticing until the invoice. We check the carton count and the pallet plan before production and tell you the number of packs per 40HQ before you commit.
Film and print
- Film artwork in vector, plus the barcode as a number
- Matte film for a softer retail look, gloss for punch on a crowded shelf
- Back panel: ingredient/materials statement, made-in marking, importer block where your regulation requires it
- Opacity: a transparent film shows the sheet, which is a selling point in premium and a risk in value lines
