Ordering

• What is the minimum order? Printed napkins and pocket tissue: from 200 bags. Box tissue, soft pack and commercial hand towel: from 10,000 packs. Kitchen towel: from 10,000 rolls.
• How long does production take? 7–10 days for standard items after deposit and pack confirmation; 20–25 days for custom printing, counted from deposit and approved artwork.
• Can I order a sample? Yes. Stock items go out quickly; printed samples take print time and are charged at cost, credited against the first order.
• What do I need to send for a quote? Item, size, ply, gsm, pack, quantity, destination port, Incoterm — and a photo of the pack you sell today, if you have one.

Printing and packing

• Can you print our logo? Yes, on the napkin or the pack, in one colour or full colour.
• Do you check the artwork? Yes, before the press is booked — resolution, colour count, barcode quiet zone, die line.
• Can we use our own barcode? Yes, send the EAN/UPC and we place it in the file.
• Can the carton carry our shipping marks? Yes, and we can build the pallet plan to your warehouse rules.

Quality and compliance

• Which certifications do you hold? ISO 9001:2015 for quality management — certificate F03726Q00267R302, issued by AMTIVO (UKAS- and IAF-accredited), first certified 8 August 2017, current issue 6 August 2026, valid to 5 August 2029, scope: the manufacture of toilet paper and tissue paper; verifiable at certcheck.ukas.com, amtivocn.com or cnca.gov.cn; a SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) social-compliance audit carried out by Intertek Shenzhen on 27 May 2026, reference ZAA600207145 — the certificate number and scan travel with the quotation. Where your market asks for SGS or BV testing, a social-compliance audit or a chain-of-custody certificate, we arrange the test or the audit for that order rather than claim a badge we do not hold.
• Which pulp do you run? virgin wood pulp, recycled pulp, and 100% bamboo pulp in white and natural (unbleached) grades

• Can we inspect before loading? Yes, your inspection or a third party’s, before loading.

Payment and shipping

• What payment terms? T/T and L/C, split confirmed on the proforma invoice.
• What price basis? FOB China. FOB China — Guangzhou (Nansha or Huangpu) or Shenzhen (Yantian or Shekou), with the port confirmed in the quotation.
• Who handles the freight? We quote FOB by default; if you want CIF or delivered, we quote the freight separately so you can see the number.
• Which documents come with the shipment? Invoice, packing list, B/L, and certificates of origin where the destination requires them.

Shipping and documentation

• Which port do you ship from? FOB China — Guangzhou (Nansha or Huangpu) or Shenzhen (Yantian or Shekou), with the port confirmed in the quotation. We quote the forwarder’s schedule with the freight so you can see the sailing, not only the rate.
• Can you ship CIF? Yes. FOB is our default because it shows you the freight as a separate number; if you prefer CIF, ask for both and compare.
• Who books the container? On FOB, your forwarder books and we load to their instruction. On CIF, we book and send you the shipping documents.
• What documents come with the goods? Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificates of origin where the destination requires them.
• Can you consolidate with another supplier? Ask before the order is packed; consolidation changes the carton marks and the loading plan.

Reorders and changes

• Can we reorder the same spec later? Yes, and it is cheaper the second time: plates, proof and print record are on file.
• What if we change the artwork after approval? The change is quoted as a plate or proof cost; nothing prints until the new version is signed off.
• Can we change the pack count mid-contract? Yes, with notice before packing. Pack changes affect cartons and pallets, so they are worth flagging early.
• Do you keep our files? Yes, for repeats. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will confirm in writing.
