Kitchen towel splits into two businesses: the retail roll sold on absorption and sheet count, and the food-service towel sold on consistency.

Absorption is the selling point
Two towels can weigh the same and behave nothing alike. Emboss raises absorption and hand-feel; a tighter sheet tears cleanly under a wet hand. We quote the emboss pattern and the sheet size together because changing one changes the other’s cost.
