Product range

Six families, one plant. Every page below carries the same three things: what the item is, what we can change on it, and what we need from you to price it.

Typical formats are shown so you can shortlist quickly. Your own specification governs the run.

What we need to quote

  • Item and size (mm), ply, gsm and sheet or pull count
  • Pack: film or carton, packs per carton, carton marks
  • Quantity for the first order and the expected repeat
  • Destination port and whether you buy FOB or need a delivered price
  • Printing: artwork file, number of colours, and whether you need a proof before the run

How to choose between the six

  • Selling to hospitality and food service? Printed napkins and commercial hand towel carry the brand into the room. Start there.
  • Selling on a retail shelf? Box tissue and soft pack are the volume lines; the pack and the carton decide whether the shelf works.
  • Selling a small branded item at the counter? Pocket tissue is the cheapest piece of brand media in the range, and the wallet prints well at short runs.
  • Selling to kitchens and cleaning? Kitchen towel is the repeat-purchase line, and the emboss is what customers feel.
  • Building one distributor range? Take hand towel, kitchen towel, box tissue and napkins under a single artwork system, so four SKUs look like one brand.

Packing, cartons and pallets

The pack is quoted with the item, not added later. For every product we confirm four numbers before production: units per pack, packs per carton, cartons per layer, and layers per pallet. Those four numbers decide your freight per unit more than the paper price does.

If your warehouse has a maximum pallet height, a mixed-pallet rule or a labelling standard, send it with the enquiry. Rebuilding a pallet plan after the goods are packed is the most expensive kind of change.

What is not on this list, and why

Mother reels (jumbo roll for converters) and gift-box tissue are not part of this programme. Reels are a commodity sold on price per tonne, which is not the business this plant is built for; gift boxes are a seasonal design product that needs a different supply chain. Both are quoted case by case only if a customer asks.

Four pulp grades — pick the one the market asks for

Every item on this site can be quoted on more than one grade of fibre, and the grade changes the price, the hand-feel and the compliance file. Tell us the market and the price point, and we will tell you which grade fits.

GradeWhat it isWhere it earns its price
Virgin wood pulpNew fibre, bright white, highest wet strengthRetail facial tissue, printed napkins, anything sold on softness
Recycled pulpRecovered fibre, closed-loop productionValue retail, kitchen towel, commercial hand towel
100% bamboo, whiteBamboo fibre, bleached to a white sheetPremium facial tissue and napkins, and markets that ask about wood
100% bamboo, naturalBamboo fibre, unbleached, warm tone, no optical brightenersEco and hospitality lines where the colour is the story
Products made exclusively from bamboo fall outside the scope of the EUDR — the regulation covers wood, and bamboo is a grass. A 100% bamboo article therefore needs no due-diligence statement for that fibre. So if you sell into the EU and the fibre can be bamboo, this is a decision worth making at the specification stage rather than after the order. Tell us the market and we will quote the grade that keeps your file simple.

Questions we answer most often

Can I order a small batch first?

Yes. Small batches are part of the business we built the factory around — we quote the minimum for your exact item and print method rather than sending you to a container-only price list. Ask for the current minimum for your product.

Can you print our logo and pack it in our artwork?

Yes. We print napkins, tissue film and cartons with your logo, and we pack to your artwork, barcode and shipping marks. Send the artwork file and we come back with a print-ready confirmation before production.

How do I get a price?

Send the item, size, ply and gsm, the pack, the quantity and the destination port. We reply with a quotation that spells out the price basis, the lead time and what is included, so there are no surprises at the container.

Tell us the item, the pack and the port

That is enough for a quotation with a real lead time. If you only have half the specification, send half.
