What to put in the message
- The item: napkin, box tissue, soft pack, pocket tissue, kitchen towel or hand towel
- Size in mm, ply, gsm, sheet or pull count
- Pack and carton: film or box, packs per carton
- Quantity for the first order and the expected repeat
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Printing: artwork file if you have one
If you only have half of that, send half. A photo of the product you sell today is often faster than a specification.

Buyers and agents are welcome at either workshop. Tell us the dates and the items you care about, and we will have the lines and the paperwork ready.
What happens after you send it
- Within one business day: a reply from a person, with either a quotation or the two or three questions we still need.
- Within 48 hours of a complete spec: a written quotation with price basis, lead time, MOQ for that item and what is included.
- After you approve: artwork check, then a proof or a sample, then the production booking.
If it is urgent, WhatsApp is faster than the form. Voice messages are fine — say the item, the quantity and the port.
