What we make

Six product families, all converted in our own workshops. Each one is linked below with the formats, the customisation we can do and the questions buyers ask most.

How a first order runs

  • 1 · Spec. You send the item, size, ply, gsm, pack, quantity and destination port.
  • 2 · Quotation. We come back with price, lead time, price basis and what is included — in writing.
  • 3 · Sample or artwork proof. Printed work is proofed before production; stock items can be sampled directly.
  • 4 · Production and loading. We book the line, run the order, inspect it and arrange loading; you get the loading photos and the documents.
MOQ is published per item rather than as one number, because a cocktail napkin and a box of facial tissue do not share a sensible minimum. Printed napkins and pocket tissue: from 200 bags. Box tissue, soft pack and commercial hand towel: from 10,000 packs. Kitchen towel: from 10,000 rolls.

Who we work with

Importers and distributors who need a factory that answers questions about specs, not a trading desk that forwards them. Own-brand and private-label programmes where the pack design matters as much as the paper. Hotel, restaurant and catering groups buying printed napkins and hand towel. Airlines and food service buying pocket tissue and interfold towel. Public buyers who need documents to match the shipment.

What we will not do

We will not print a certificate we do not hold, quote a lead time we cannot hold, or promise a price that only exists at a volume nobody orders. The numbers on this site are the numbers you will see in the quotation.

Why buyers move to a factory

A trading company answers a specification question by forwarding it. A factory answers it by walking to the line. That difference shows up in three places: a lead time that survives contact with production, a quotation whose price basis does not change after the deposit, and a proof problem that is fixed in a shift instead of a week.

It also shows up in the paperwork. When the buyer’s customs broker asks which mill the pulp came from, a factory can answer. This site is written so that the answer is already here.

The markets we already sell into

Different destinations ask for different documents, so we quote them together with the price rather than after it.

MarketWhat buyers usually ask forWhere we start
South-East AsiaCompetitive landed cost, flexible pack counts, quick repeatsStandard items and small printed runs, short lead times
Middle East / GulfPrinted napkins and box tissue under a distributor brand, Arabic back panelOEM with your artwork, carton and pallet plan
CIS / RussiaCustom specs, private label, documents in line with local import rulesOEM/ODM from a test batch upward
European UnionEUDR due-diligence evidence, packaging and labelling disciplineUpstream documents with the quotation, no "certified" claims
If your market is not listed, the question is still the same: what does your customs broker need to see, and by when. Tell us at the start and the documents travel with the first quotation.

What a first order actually looks like

Most new customers start with a test batch: a small printed run to check the sheet, the print and the packing before they commit a container. That is a deliberate part of how this plant works, not a favour.

From there the usual pattern is: a container of the approved item, then a second item added to the range, then a seasonal repeat with your artwork already on file. The cost of a repeat is lower than the cost of the first order, because the plates, the proof and the print record already exist.

Questions we answer most often

Can I order a small batch first?

Yes. Small batches are part of the business we built the factory around — we quote the minimum for your exact item and print method rather than sending you to a container-only price list. Ask for the current minimum for your product.

Can you print our logo and pack it in our artwork?

Yes. We print napkins, tissue film and cartons with your logo, and we pack to your artwork, barcode and shipping marks. Send the artwork file and we come back with a print-ready confirmation before production.

How do I get a price?

Send the item, size, ply and gsm, the pack, the quantity and the destination port. We reply with a quotation that spells out the price basis, the lead time and what is included, so there are no surprises at the container.

Do you supply samples?

Stock items can be sent quickly; printed samples take the print and die time and are charged at cost, then credited against the first order. Tell us the item and we will confirm what is possible for your spec.

Tell us the item, the pack and the port

That is enough for a quotation with a real lead time. If you only have half the specification, send half.
